The March installment of our monthly Chef’s Table Series will be an off-the-menu dinner at Peppervine, paired alongside Orsini Wines!
Join Food & Beverage Social Club and Peppervine for the March installment of The Chef’s Table Series! Executive Chef Bill Greene has designed a custom 3 course dinner for our attendees, paired alongside Orsini Wines.

This event will take place on Tuesday, March 1st from 6:00-8:00pm at Peppervine in SouthPark, Charlotte.
We are excited to showcase a variety of Orsini Wines alongside a custom, 3 course dinner menu. We will hear from Orsini Wines leadership about the wine making process, why certain wine types taste better with specific foods, and tips for pairing your meals with wine at home.
Ticket Cost: $150 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity. Additional alcoholic drinks can be purchased a la carte, directly from Peppervine. Guests will be paying the restaurant directly at the conclusion of the dinner.
Your ticket includes:
- A seat in the members-only, private dining room at Peppervine
- A three course meal (see menu below)
- A glass of wine paired with each course, selected by Orsini Wines
- Informative discussions with Orsini Wines leadership about the wine making process, how to pair wine with your meals at home, and other topics!
Menu & Dietary Restrictions
** The menu for this event is set, and we cannot accommodate dietary restrictions other than Gluten Free . Please let us know if you have a Gluten allergy when you purchase your ticket.
**Each course will be paired with an Orsini Wine. Additional alcoholic drinks can be purchased directly from Peppervine.
- Beet & Arugula Salad
- Crab, herb whipped goat cheese
- Champagne vinaigrette, marcona almonds
- Prime Eye of Ribeye
- Truffled potatoes, grilled broccolini
- Thyme roasted carrots, sundried tomato relish
- Chocolate Ganache Tart
- Cookie butter, cocoa tuile
Safety & Sanitization Protocol
F&B Social Club is dedicated to being transparent about our Safety & Sanitization Protocol during the global health crisis. A Socially Distanced check-in process will be implemented. Anyone who will come into close contact with our guests (F&B Staff, Servers, etc) will be masked. Socially Distanced seating will not be available for this event – we will be seating at family style rectangular tables.
Due to the fact that guests are paying Peppervine directly, and we have a guaranteed guest count for this event, the cancellation policy will be as follows:
**To cancel your seat, please email LZats@FBSocialClub.com as soon as possible.
**If you request a cancellation and we are able to fill your seats, there will be no cancelation fee.
**If you request a cancellation and we are unable to fill your seats, you will be charged for the full price of your ticket.
**If you do not show up for the event, you will be charged for the full price of your ticket
