Stoke Proudly makes everything from scratch in their open kitchen. The warmth of wood-fired cooking is complemented by meticulously sourced ingredients in season from Carolina farms and local partners. Chef Andres Prussing is the Executive Chef of Stoke, you may recognize him as the winning chef from our live cooking competition and as a chef on our FORK Cancer team. Chef Andres grew up in Sanitago, Chile and learned to cook through his grandmother’s recipes. Chef Andres has a bachelors degree in Culinary Arts, made his presence known in the Miami food scene, and now brings his South American culture and inspiration to Charlotte by creating diverse dishes.
